Siemens Energy seeks a Manufacturing Specialist for our Fort Payne, Alabama factory. This 1st shift role (Mon-Thu, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM) focuses on hands-on assembly of turbine generator components.

You will use hand tools and machinery, read detailed work instructions and blueprints, and perform quality checks to ensure top-quality parts. Ideal candidates have a HS diploma/GED, safety mindset, and hands-on experience in manufacturing or assembly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong safety and quality mindset; hands-on manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Reads blueprints and uses hand tools and machinery for assembly.

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist tojoin our team in the turbine generator component factory. This position is 1st shift, Monday -Thursday (5:00AM -3:30PM). Our factory in Fort Payne, Alabama hasbeen producing high-quality electrical components for the world for the past 37years. You can expect to work with teammates in a safe, comfortable,climate-controlled environment to manufacture parts for large generators. Thisrole is perfect for individuals with strong hands-on skills who take pride intheir craftsmanship and are committed to producing top-quality products!

How You Make An Impact

• Perform hands-on assembly,fabrication, and assembly of turbine generator components.
• Utilize various hand tools andmachinery to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow detailed workinstructions and blueprints to ensure precision in manufacturing.
• Conduct quality inspections offinished products to meet specifications and standards.
• Maintain a clean and organizedwork area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team membersto meet production goals and deadlines.

What You Bring

• High school diploma/GED thatcan be verified; technical training or certification in manufacturing or arelated field is a plus.
• A strong safety and quality mindsetis a must.
• Any hands-on experience in a manufacturingor assembly role, preferably in the energy sector, is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude andproficiency with hand tools and machinery.
• Ability to read and interprettechnical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skillsand ability to work independently or as part of a team.
