micro1 is engaging Manufacturing Specialists to contribute their advanced technical expertise to a customer’s AI training project focused on manufacturing and digital fabrication. In this role, you’ll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high‑quality, real‑world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. This unique project centers on evaluating manufacturing processes and workflows, particularly with respect to CAM, CNC, and Fusion 360 environments. Your insights will directly support the development of evaluation rubrics designed to enhance human productivity, not replace it.

Scope of Work

• Provide expert feedback on manufacturing processes and techniques, emphasizing CAM, CNC, or Fusion 360 applications.

Compensation Structure

Compensation is output-based; experts are paid per task that meets the project specifications. The time required to complete work may vary depending on the expert’s experience and workflow. Minimum submission requirements apply. Experts must submit a minimum of tasks per week.

Start Timeline & Availability
