American Manufacturing Solutions is seeking a Shop Laborer for day shift with a minimum of 1 year experience. The role involves assembly, prep, deburring, polishing, and basic CNC tasks in a full-time, 40-hour-week schedule from 7am to 3:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Perform production tasks with careful attention to detail and complete daily paperwork.
• Conduct daily preventative maintenance on machines and tools; replace worn tooling and keep work area clean.
• Collaborate with team to meet shop standards and train others when needed.
• Update records of work instructions, production runs, inspections, and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Operate equipment safely and track time and shift yields.
• Read and understand blueprints and part views.
• Maintain a long-standing standing position and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
