Job summary

Corium Innovations is seeking a Manufacturing Shift Leader for the 2nd shift to supervise manufacturing personnel in a cGMP environment. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity improvements across production processes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a cGMP setting, supervisory experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills to drive continuous improvement and teamwork on the floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a cGMP manufacturing environment
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of chemical handling practices and equipment operation
• Strong problem analysis and resolution skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Shift availability 2pm–10pm
• Strong commitment to safety and quality

• Identify and implement safety, quality, and productivity improvements

• Complete quality and safety investigations and CAPA initiatives

Due to our continued growth, Corium Innovations is seeking a Manufacturing Shift Leader for 2 nd shift who will supervise manufacturing personnel to ensure that FDA, Cosmetic, and DEA regulated products are safely manufactured in a cGMP environment. This position also recommends and implements safety, quality, and productivity improvements for production processes.

• Identify and implement continuous improvements in the areas of safety, quality, and productivity.
• Develop training content and foster a culture of teamwork and employee development.
• Complete quality and safety investigations and Corrective Action / Preventative Action (CAPA) initiatives.
• Support process and product development activities.
• Monitor, analyse and report production area data.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment, supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Six sigma green belt or lean certification preferred.
• Must have knowledge of chemical handling practices and equipment operation.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem analysis and problem resolution skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong team player.
• Ability to work 2pm – 10pm Monday - Friday
