kdc/one Chatsworth is seeking a Security Guard to protect employees, visitors, and company assets at our Los Angeles area facility. The role includes controlling access, patrolling grounds, monitoring cameras, and responding to incidents to maintain a safe manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has a California Guard Card and at least a year of security experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Valid California Guard Card.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of security experience preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations.
• Basic computer skills and ability to prepare reports.

Responsabilités

• Monitor facility entrances and exits to control access.
• Verify identification and maintain visitor logs.
• Conduct routine patrols of buildings, parking areas, and grounds.
• Monitor security cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems.
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and suspicious activities.
• Complete incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Enforce company security policies and procedures.
• Assist with investigations involving theft, property damage, or policy violations.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity.
