Qualifications

• Advanced degree in life sciences or related field with/without experience; strong GMP knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years in GMP manufacturing, process development or related technical role.
• Strong understanding of cGMP requirements, regulatory compliance, and quality systems.

• Support process optimization, technology transfer and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure scalable manufacturing processes.
