Job summary

Jered, a PAR Systems company, is seeking a detail‑oriented Scheduler to align manufacturing projects from planning through production. You’ll coordinate with Program Management, Procurement, and Manufacturing to develop schedules and ensure material availability matches capacity.

The role emphasizes proactive constraint management, accurate forecasting, and collaboration across disciplines to meet customer delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PM, SCM, business or related field, or 5+ years in production scheduling.
• Experience in production scheduling, manufacturing planning, or materials control in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong ERP/MRP knowledge for managing work orders, vendor demands, and production tracking.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and material lead times.
• Excellent cross-functional communication between Procurement, Production and Program Management teams.
• Expertise in MS Project and Microsoft 365.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify scheduling constraints and material shortages.
• Ability to work in office and active manufacturing environments with PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules.
• Manage work orders in Jobscope and ensure proper linkage with vendor demands.
• Forecast manpower requirements and coordinate with manufacturing capacity.
• Coordinate material availability with production planning and capacity constraints.
• Communicate schedule variances and risks to Program Management.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
