Ideal candidates have experience in manufacturing, production coordination, or project management, plus strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production coordination, or project management.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong measurement and inspection skills using tools such as tape measures and calipers.
• Understanding of shipping, packaging, and logistics processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work across multiple facilities and departments.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer projects from order release through shipment.
• Develop and maintain project timelines while identifying risks and implementing solutions.
• Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications prior to production.
• Verify part details, materials, tolerances, and special customer requirements.
• Inspect and measure parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Ensure packaging, labeling, and shipping meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate production capacity across multiple facilities.
• Communicate project updates with Sales, Operations, and customers; maintain project documentation, approvals, and engineering changes.
• Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to increase efficiency.
