The Chemours Company invites you to join the Chemours Leadership LAB as a Manufacturing Rotational Engineer, a three-year program designed to fast-track your growth through real-world assignments, mentorship, and senior leadership exposure.

You will rotate through Manufacturing & Process Technology, Maintenance, Quality, and R&D, making an impact from day one while discovering where your strengths can take you.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical/ mechanical/ electrical engineering, chemistry, or related field.
• Internship, co-op, or work experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial setting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset and a genuine desire to learn.
• Willingness to relocate up to two times during the program to designated Chemours locations.

Responsibilities

• Solve real manufacturing challenges using data and engineering know-how.
• Work alongside engineers, operators, and technical experts, and present your recommendations to leaders.
• Learn from mentors who challenge and guide your development.
