Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support talent acquisition across our manufacturing operations in Northern VA. This role entails full-cycle recruiting for hourly, skilled trades, engineering, operations, and leadership roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or related industries.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting in high-volume environments.
• Knowledge of EEO regulations and employment law compliance.
• Experience using ATS and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing, operations, engineering, maintenance, quality, and corporate positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and schools.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, and extend offers.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Attend job fairs and industry events to source candidates.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting metrics.
• Support employer branding and workforce planning efforts.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on recruiting projects.
