Job summary

QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, LLC is recruiting for a manufacturing operations role in Puerto Rico/USA. The position focuses on manufacturing systems, change control ownership, CAPA investigations, and cross-functional collaboration to drive process improvements and regulatory readiness.

The candidate will manage document control, training materials, and technical protocols, contributing to a world-class manufacturing environment across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biology, chemistry, or engineering.
• Manufacturing operations experience (not quality).
• Document management: create, review, and approve documents.
• Administrative shift.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of manufacturing/quality systems (non-conformances, validation, procedures, training, new product introductions).
• Own change controls for manufacturing process changes.
• Support investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA, and regulatory inspections.
• Develop training materials and provide technical training.
• Coordinate functional tests and write technical protocols.
• Assist in MBR creation/revisions and document ownership.
• Implement process improvements and assess performance data.
