Your mornings might begin by reviewing quality dashboards and prioritizing nonconformity follow-ups. Midday could involve updating a work instruction with a cell lead and coaching a team on 5S. By afternoon, you’re supporting a root cause analysis, calibrating gauges, or aligning with our corporate Lean team on a value stream initiative.
