Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years relevant experience, or 8 years without a degree.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead diverse teams.
• Experience reading engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Resume attached is required.
• Willingness to relocate to Mount Holly, NC if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Promote a zero-injury culture and ensure safety compliance.
• Ensure builds meet customer specifications, engineering requirements, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce defects and analyze root causes.
• Execute production schedules to meet customer delivery, monitor workflow and staffing.
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, service, sales, supply chain, and quality teams.
