Re:Car Inc. is looking for a Problem Solving & Quality Training Expert to oversee structured problem solving and develop quality training programs at the Warsaw manufacturing site. This role involves coaching teams in problem-solving methodologies, leading improvement efforts, and ensuring quality standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in problem solving, quality systems understanding, and strong interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's degree or higher is required along with relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years related experience with Bachelor's degree, 6 years with Master's degree, 3 years with PhD.
• Demonstrated expertise in structured problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Warsaw manufacturing site lead for structured problem solving and quality continuous improvement.
• Coach teams in problem-solving methodologies such as PDCA, A3, 8D, DMAIC, and root cause analysis.
• Develop, deploy, and continuously improve quality training curricula for all levels of the organization.
