Job summary

Entegris, Inc. Bedford, MA seeks an experienced Manufacturing Quality Manager to lead quality engineers and technicians, drive QMS improvements, and ensure customer quality requirements are met.

The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and R&D to sustain high product quality. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in manufacturing quality or semiconductor environments, with strong problem-solving, CAPA, and governance expertise, plus Lean/Six Sigma background to advance

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing quality or manufacturing engineering.
• Proven leadership and mentoring of engineering teams.
• Experience with CAPA, MOC governance, and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) and control plans.
• Lead Change Control Board and audits (internal, supplier, customer, regulatory).
• Oversee investigations, 8D, FA, and CAPA processes to prevent recurrence.
