Job summary

Edgewell Personal Care Italy S.R.L. seeks a Quality Engineer for the Milford Team to bring new products to life while upholding quality, cost savings and sustainability initiatives. You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams and contract manufacturers to ensure every product meets our standards for quality, accuracy and design.

The role is based at the Milford Facility, Monday–Friday, 1st Shift. We’re looking for 2–7 years in manufacturing quality, a BA/BS in Engineering or Sciences, knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) in Engineering, Sciences or related technical field.
• 2–7 years in a manufacturing quality role in a regulated environment.
• Statistics, sampling plans, and Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Root cause analysis and structured problem solving.
• Writing, reviewing, updating Quality SOPs, product specs, and BOMs.
• Attention to detail and strong time management for multiple CAPA investigations.
• Effective communication with all organizational levels and external partners.
• Proactive, collaborative approach to resolving consumer quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal and external customers to ensure quality and regulatory requirements are met.
• Investigate quality events in a fast-paced GMP environment.
• Lead CAPA investigations, non-conformance actions, and deviations.
• Create, review, and approve Quality SOPs, New Product specs, BOMs, and packaging specs.
• Perform statistical analysis and interpret results to identify trends.
• Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to procedures and regulatory benchmarks.
• Document and process consumer complaints per SOPs.
• Maintain a safe EH&S aware work environment.
