• Conduct quality assessments and audits to confirm compliance to quality standards and identify improvement opportunities.
• Engage with company counterparts to share learnings and implement best known methods.
• Identify and drive hard fixes for quality issues that impact the factory and downstream customers, including leading problem-solving teams.
• Respond to customer-reported manufacturing issues, delivering engineering solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Champion quality program implementation and system improvements for new technologies.
• Lead factory quality meetings, driving agenda items based on quality metrics and factory risks.
• Maintain quality databases and systems, such as FMEA, issue management, and line yield
• Synthesize and report data insights using statistical techniques to improve product quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field such as Material Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of experience OR a Master's degree in a related field with 2+ years of experience OR a related Ph.D. with no prior professional experience.

Experience to be considered:

• Hands-on experience in semiconductor manufacturing and quality
• Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques and data extraction tools such as JMP, SQL, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes
• Experience in structured problem-solving methodologies

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:

$120,860.00-170,630.00 USD
