Qualifications

• 1 year of manufacturing lab experience required (medical lab experience not accepted).
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in hot, dusty, noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC tests: binder content, viscosity, hardness, color, skid resistance, etc.
• Follow State DOT sampling protocols.
• Test and evaluate raw materials (resins, pigments, waxes).
• Assist with product development and production issues.
• Provide backup coverage for other QC staff.
• Sample melter.
