Job summary

Foresight Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead customer programs from quote through delivery in our contract manufacturing operations, including CNC machining and system integration. You will coordinate engineering, production, quality, supply chain, and scheduling to ensure on-time, on-spec delivery within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in manufacturing, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in contract manufacturing, machining, or industrial assembly.
• Experience with CNC machining, mechanical/electromechanical assembly, and system integration workflows.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing schedules, capacity planning, and ERP systems.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills and ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project execution from contract award through production, integration, testing and shipment.
• Serve as primary customer liaison, managing communications, expectations, and change orders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules across multiple workflows, identifying critical path.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, procurement, and shop floor to resolve issues and bottlenecks.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and stay on budget and timeline.
• Monitor risks, costs, and change orders; report status to stakeholders.
