Job summary

The ideal candidate has a engineering background with 3+ years in a manufacturing PM role, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and experience with ERP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years project management experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Experience reviewing contracts and purchase orders for technical/financial/schedule impact.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean manufacturing is a plus.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and government compliance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFPs/quotes and input resource plans (labor, materials, timeframe).
• Review contracts and POs to assess impact on projects.
• Develop project roadmaps and maintain schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate staffing and recruit/assign project personnel.
• Monitor progress, identify at-risk tasks, and implement mitigation plans.
