Job summary

Balanced Body is seeking a strategic, execution-focused Program Manager to organize and drive multiple concurrent product releases through to market. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, production, sales, marketing, and supply chain, ensuring on-time delivery and aligned leadership decisions.

The role requires hands-on manufacturing and supply chain exposure, with the maturity to push back diplomatically when timelines are at risk and to defer to leadership on product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of program or project management experience coordinating multiple releases.
• Proven ability to direct cross-functional teams and manage pushback.
• PgMP or PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the master program schedule across multiple concurrent product releases.
• Direct cross-functional teams (engineering, production, sales, marketing, supply chain).
• Serve as the escalation point for cross-project conflicts and competing priorities.
• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple simultaneous product releases from direction to launch.
• Identify and manage cross-project dependencies and resource conflicts.
• Partner with supply chain to manage material sourcing and lifecycle stages.
