Job summary

Sure Cast Aluminum Foundry is seeking a Production Cell Technician to join our manufacturing team in Blaine, Minnesota. You will build castings, perform maintenance tasks, and collaborate with Cell Technicians and Leaders to meet KPI targets and delivery commitments.

We offer a 4-day work week, comprehensive training, and a top-level benefits package including 401K and HSA. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be flexible with overtime.

Qualifications

• Follow procedures and willingness to learn new skills.
• Proficiency in using measuring instruments.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
• Strong sense of teamwork within groups and across organization.
• Flexible with working overtime.

Responsibilities

• Build castings which may include molding, pouring and grinding according to the production schedule and standards.
• Complete Total Productive Maintenance as scheduled or assigned.
• Work with other Cell Technicians, Cell Leaders, and supports to drive continuous improvement in the cell.
• Work as a team with other Cell Technicians and Cell Leaders to complete work tasks and meet KPI targets and delivery commitments.
• Complete assigned 5S duties to ensure the cleanliness, availability of tools and organization of the cell.
• Participate in huddles.
