Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Experience with fiberglass, composites, welding, fabrication, sewing, or facility/equipment maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to read basic instructions, follow procedures, and learn new processes.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performing hands-on production work in a manufacturing environment.
• Operating tools and equipment used in fiberglass, metal fabrication, or fabric assembly.
• Performing facility and equipment maintenance, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Following safety procedures and company quality standards.
• Working collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Meeting production schedules and performance expectations.
• Supporting continuous improvement efforts across the production floor.
