Granite City Processing is hiring experienced Slitter Operators and Slitter Crew for 3rd shift in Granite City, IL.

Qualifications

Competitive Pay + Incentives

Slitter Operator Starting Wage: $23.77/hr + bonuses and shift premium

Slitter Crew Starting Wage: $21.54/hr + bonuses and shift premium

• Monthly Production Incentive Bonus: 2025 average was 15.13% (Based on $23.77 per hour, that is an additional $3.59!)
• 3rd Shift Premium: +$1.00/hr

Requirements

You should be computer‑literate to maintain the associated production documents. Experience driving a forklift, overhead crane, material handler, and steel handler experience is desired. This is a physically demanding job which requires standing, bending, twisting, stooping, and the ability to move up to 50 lbs.

Prior experience in machine operation and/or steel manufacturing experience is preferred for Slitter Opportunities
