The Operator works cross-functionally and is a part of the Pay-For-Skills program. The Pay-For-Skills program builds on the Operator with pay increases which means ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT. The hourly rate of pay is $23.08, and the position is 12-hour shifts on night shift. There is a $2.00 shift differential for the night shift.
