Job summary

TruRoots Havre de Grace, MD is hiring an Operator to monitor and run production lines on 12-hour shifts, with a starting pay of $22.00/hr plus $1.00 shift differential. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic hand tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand automated equipment and computer interfaces.
• Reliable, organized, and safety-focused mindset.
• Manufacturing or high-speed packaging experience is a plus.
