Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Production Associate in Shepherdsville, KY. You will assemble, inspect, package, palletize, and prepare finished products for shipment, reading work orders and production schedules to ensure correct quantities.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work in a fast-paced setting, and train in multiple functions. Competitive pay and benefits are provided, with room for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work orders, production instructions, and quality standards.
• Willingness to complete training and safety certifications.
• LOTO certification preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, assemble, package, palletize, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Read work orders and production schedules to ensure accurate quantities and specs.
• Perform visual quality inspections with gauges, scales, and measuring equipment.
• Pack, seal, label, identify, and stack finished products per procedures.
• Complete production, quality, and inventory documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area following GMP guidelines.
• Follow safety and quality standards while supporting additional duties.
