Job summary

Terumo Cardiovascular Group is seeking a maintenance engineer to support manufacturing, process and equipment maintenance in a high-precision medical device environment. You will perform IQ/OQ/PQ validation, calibration, and process development activities to ensure production readiness and quality.

The role requires strong mechanical, electrical and PLC troubleshooting, ability to read schematics and CAD drawings, and collaboration with engineering and planning teams to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a production environment with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC systems.
• Experience with calibration and preventative maintenance.
• Experience with Computer Aided Design (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
• Ability to read drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to engineering, process, planning, maintenance, calibration and other functions.
• Maintain production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and locate sources of problems using precision measuring tools.
