Qualifications

• BS/BA in Chemical or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (GMP preferred).
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general procedures and regulations.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains day-to-day relationships between Manufacturing, R&D, internal support, regulatory groups, and CPC customers.
• Executes startup activities for chemical processes to meet schedule.
• Generates change control documents and closes out CAPAs.
• Ensures equipment and facilities are ready for changeovers and operations.
• Implements EH&S and Quality policies and ensures timely documentation.
