Qualifications

Currently enrolled as a full-time student, junior or senior in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering at UNR.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Project coordinator or management experience.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels within the organization.
Hands-on, assertive and motivated to ensure plant meets aggressive goals.
Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently and as part of a team, and meet deadlines.
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of AutoCAD.
Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.
Some weekend and holiday work may occasionally be required.

Responsibilities

Evaluate current inputs, parameters, controls, and outputs of processing technologies and suggest improvements.
Assess Process Design and Intention; identify opportunities to improve and seek validation.
Analyze process data, hypothesize actions, and define improvement steps.
Apply methodical troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
Lead or contribute to projects delivering outputs on time.
