Job summary

Evergen, a global CDMO in regenerative medicine, seeks a manufacturing engineer to validate equipment, install control systems, and optimize processes across multiple sites. You will write validation protocols, develop inspection plans, and lead improvements for current and new products.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in process/equipment design, strong CAD and MS Office skills, and hands-on project management and technical writing abilities. This role is onsite in Alachua, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 4–6 years of engineering experience in designing, modifying, and implementing processes and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Validate equipment and understand interface and reactions of critical processes.
• Install/validate control systems and provide manufacturing engineering support.
• Define and implement solutions to technical problems and document results.
• Write and execute validation protocols and summary reports.
• Lead development and improvement of manufacturing processes for existing and new products.
• Develop inspection plans for new and existing materials.
• Support CAPAs and non-conformances; drive quality remediation.
