Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of related experience, strong analytical capabilities, and experience with Statistical Process Control software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of related experience is preferred
• An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered
• Experience with statistics and SPC software is desirable

Responsibilities

• Develops Manufacturing solutions and provides services that are high-quality and cost-appropriate while mentoring others
• Uses appropriate tools to perform work including creation, analysis, and verification
• Demonstrates expertise in multiple phases of the Plexus Manufacturing process as it applies to their role
• Ability to work independently within at least one phase of the Manufacturing Process without direction from mentors
• Produces comprehensive project documentation per quality and change management procedures
