Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve issues in the manufacturing process.
• Develop and maintain assembly processes and work instructions.
• Conduct method audits and document results.
• Collaborate with shop floor technicians to implement solutions.

Skills

Strong blueprint/drawing reading capability

Hands-on experience with gage and torque tools

Control plan knowledge and execution

Skilled in identifying documentation errors

Education
