Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in engineering roles; 5 years with SolidWorks experience.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design, production, and quality to align processes with quality, cost, and delivery goals.
• Design and implement manufacturing methodologies, process flows, and fixtures.
• Evaluate methods for cycle time reduction, cost efficiency, and waste minimization.
• Perform feasibility studies, cost assessments, and risk analyses to inform decisions.
• Support procurement of machinery, equipment, and materials as needed.
• Create and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and manufacturing specifications.
• Provide technical guidance to production teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
• Ensure safety protocols and regulatory standards across manufacturing activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in manufacturing engineering.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
