Job summary

Enjet Aero in Manchester, CT is seeking a Manufacturing & Process Engineer to define how aerospace components are produced, and to develop manufacturing routings and operation sheets for shop use.

The role requires 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing, experience with CNC milling and turning, welding, laser cutting, sheet metal forming, and proficiency with SolidWorks and NX. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in aerospace manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of CNC milling and turning.
• Knowledge of specialized processes like welding, laser cutting, and sheet metal forming.
• Knowledge of different material types – Aluminum, Stainless, Titanium, High Nickel Alloys, etc.
• Knowledge of current material removal and forming techniques.
• Experience with SolidWorks and NX – drafting, modeling, assemblies, sheetmetal.
• Experience working with 3D models
• Windows 10 experience
• Able to navigate an understand file structure and naming convention in Windows Explorer environment
• Able to communicate effectively and efficiently with all levels of the organization
• Able to collaborate fluently in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Possible travel as required for training and multi-site support
