Company and Position Summary
The company is fairly new compared to most gear companies, but already has well-established business and market position. This is a growth role, not a replacement. Primary markets are aerospace/defense and adjacent high-precision environments like robotics, food and beverage, medical device, etc. The position will largely be focused on the gear cutting side of the business, not the lathe and mill side.

This is a Salary Exempt position paying up to $120,000 based on experience.
