Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience or knowledge in manufacturing engineering or process documentation.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment (assembly, machining, or industrial preferred).
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES adoption by creating and maintaining process steps and digital work instructions.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation.
• Develop and maintain routings in Oracle.
• Convert engineering requirements into clear, operator-friendly documentation.
• Support process validation and production readiness.
• Identify gaps in documentation and drive improvements.
