• Analyze and improve existing lines to optimize productivity.
• Establish in-plant technologies such as automated assembly.
• Work with a team, following the PDCA cycle to achieve targets.
• Defines, schedules, implements, monitors and standardizes improvements.
• Performs cost estimates for improvement ideas.
