Job summary

Crane Currency in Nashua, NH is seeking Manufacturing Press Machine Operators to join our Operations team on all shifts. You will operate and monitor presses and production machinery, set up and troubleshoot to optimize performance, and ensure quality.

Qualifications

Crane Currency is hiring experienced Manufacturing Press Machine Operators (Press Operators, Production Operators, and Machine Technicians) to join our Operations team in Nashua, NH on ALL shifts. If you have experience operating and/or troubleshooting printing presses (Flexographic, Offset, Digital), manufacturing equipment, production machinery, converting equipment, CNC machines, extrusion equipment, or other industrial machinery, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career with a stable global manufacturer. What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, presses, and production machinery
• Set up, adjust, troubleshoot, and optimize machine performance
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to meet strict quality requirements
• Identify defects, resolve production issues, and document manufacturing data
• Utilize test equipment, inspection systems, and quality tools
• Follow detailed safety procedures and standardized work instructions
• Cross-train across multiple machines and manufacturing processes
• Support continuous improvement, production efficiency, and operational excellence

What You’ll Get

• Base pay starting at $25 - $29/hour (based on experience)
• Shift differentials: 15% (2nd shift), 20% (3rd shift)

Important note: This role starts through a trusted agency partner while Public Trust clearance is completed. After clearance, training, and meeting performance expectations, you’ll be considered for permanent employment with Crane Currency.

Shift schedules

• 1st: 6:00AM - 2:00PM (Mon-Fri)
• 2nd: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Mon-Fri)
• 3rd: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Mon-Fri)

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Manufacturing Operator, Production Operator, Press Operator, Printing Press Operator, Equipment Operator, Maintenance Technicians, Manufacturing Technician, Production Technician, CNC Operator, Converting Operator, Extrusion Operator, Slitter Operator, or similar technical manufacturing role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience operating, monitoring, adjusting, and maintaining manufacturing equipment
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Comfortable working with computer-based production and inspection systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable, safety-focused team player
• U.S. Citizen able to meet Public Trust requirements
