Job summary

Cabinetworks Group seeks a General Laborer – woodworking/factory work in Sayre, PA. Join a team moving through a busy wood products plant and supporting safety, quality, and production standards.

Starting pay is $18.58 per hour, with increases at 3, 6, and 9 months and a $1.50/hour shift differential for the 3rd shift. We offer 401(k) with company match, health/dental/vision, wellness programs, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Prior woodworking, construction, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Ability to read and understand production paperwork and communicate with various departments.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure.
• Must be 18 years of age by date of hire.

Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Medium – exert up to 50 lbs occasionally, up to 20 lbs frequently, up to 10 lbs constantly to move objects.
• Ability to stand for long periods, walk, stretch, bend, squat, push, pull, twist, and perform repetitive motions.
• Must evacuate independently when an alarm sounds.

Shift Hours

3rd shift – 9:30pm to 6:00am.
