Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Acclimate employees to plant policies, procedures, regulations, safety rules and benefits.
  • Ensure that employees understand the conditions and benefits of their employment.
  • Maintain accurate records for employees in compliance with laws and reporting.
  • Develop and write policies affecting hourly production and salaried staff.
  • Arrange pre-employment drug screens and valid testing before offers.
  • Responsible for new employee orientation.
  • Monitor employee personnel transactions for compliance with policies.
  • Administer daily the benefits program and data queries.
  • Coordinate with managers to implement HR policies.
  • Follows safety regulations and enforces compliance with rules.
