Position Summary

The Manufacturing Performance Manager is responsible for analyzing, and improving manufacturing cost, schedule, and operational performance for assigned areas. This position leads manufacturing performance analysis using Earned Value Management System (EVMS) data and other key performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support informed decision‑making, develop improvement strategies, ensure compliance with EVMS requirements, and provide recommendations to optimize manufacturing execution.

Domestic and international travel may be required.
