Visionworks in Schertz, TX seeks a production associate to support lens processing and generator area operations. You will read instructions, prepare trays, and ensure proper seating of parts while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
Responsibilities include FIFO prioritization, lens inspection, diagnosing machine errors, and collaborating with peers and leadership to promote a safe, efficient work environment. Must have a High School Diploma or GED and 1–3 years in manufacturing preferred.
Ensures all lenses and job tray work tickets are properly seated into job trays prior to generator processing. Uses touch screen display control functions to preform jobs. Clears minor errors pertaining to production and correctly places unit into automatic loading position. Examines and replaces tools used in generator processing. Performs support functions as necessary within the generator area. Preforms general daily and weekly maintenance.
