Responsibilities

• Obtain work document for parts to be processed and set up printer accordingly.
• Determine type paste to be used per traveler.
• Place parts on tool plate, activate machine to print, monitor machine to ensure it is printing evenly and straight.
• Complete visual checks to make sure the part is aligned correctly and occasionally measure alignment.
• Bake parts in oven.
• Run printed parts through furnace to cure printed ink.
• Clean screens and machines after each process and route parts to other departments as instructed.

Vishay Thin Film is located in Niagara Falls, NY. The site has a lot of natural beauty to offer including the world-famous Niagara Falls which are just a short drive away!
