Responsibilities

• Visually inspect product during operation and monitor equipment for proper operation.
• Assist with setup and running of production equipment.
• Prepare and clean manufacturing rooms and equipment; maintain a clean, orderly workspace.
• Ensure products are properly labeled and stored.
• Document material runs in Batch Production Records, In-Process Sheets, and Time Sheets.
• Assist in training new personnel as directed by supervisor or manager.
• Perform calibration on scales, line meters, and coating ovens as instructed.
• Coordinate the work of other Operators and back up Senior Operator as directed.
