Job summary

Viatris is hiring an Operator to visually inspect products, assist with setup of Production equipment, and keep manufacturing spaces clean and orderly. You will document material runs, label and store products properly, and coordinate with senior staff as needed.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma and at least two years of related experience; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; wear a respirator; and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect products during operation and monitor equipment.
• Assist with set up and running of Production equipment.
• Prepare and clean manufacturing rooms and equipment for inspection and keep work area orderly.
• Ensure products are labeled and stored properly.
• Document material runs via Batch Production Records, In-Process Sheets, Log Books, and Time Sheets.
• Assist in training new personnel in manufacturing operations as directed.
• Perform calibration on scales, line meters, coating ovens, micrometers as instructed.
• Coordinate the work of other Operators and back up Senior Operator as directed.
