Job summary

Webco Industries, Inc. in Oil City, PA is seeking a manufacturing operator to run and maintain equipment, load materials, and process tubing through specialized machinery on 12-hour shifts.

Starting pay ranges from $18.75 to $26.75 per hour, with an additional night shift differential of $1.20 per hour; on-site training is provided and safety and quality are emphasized.

You will work with a team to ensure timely production and pass quality checks before tubes head to customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and maintain advanced manufacturing equipment.
• Load and unload materials onto and off machines.
• Process tubing through specialized equipment.
• Inspect tubes to ensure top-notch quality before they head out to customers.
• Play an essential role in keeping production running smoothly and safely.

What It Takes to Succeed:

• Physical stamina - you'll be on your feet for 12-hour shifts, working with equipment and materials that require strength and endurance.
• Comfort with a fast-paced, hands-on environment where teamwork and focus are key.
• Ability to lift 5-50 pounds frequently and work in a variety of positions - bending, twisting, reaching, climbing, and more.
• Strong math skills (decimals, fractions, averages) to keep operations precise.
• Good communication skills to work closely with your team and supervisors.
• A commitment to safety, quality, and showing up ready to contribute every day.

Your Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts: either days (6 a.m.-6 p.m.) or nights (6 p.m.-6 a.m.).
• Shift days vary based on business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing experience (a plus, but not required - we train!).
• Ability to read and speak English is preferred.
