Job summary

ETS Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Operator for a client in Vermont. This in-person, 2nd shift role runs Monday–Friday with compensation of $19–$21 per hour and excellent benefits.

You will deposit a thin metal layer on component surfaces and support production processes. Candidates should have prior manufacturing experience, be able to follow safety and quality procedures, and consistently use PPE in a dusty and noisy environment.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful.
• Ability to adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Comfortable working around dust, noise, heat, and mild chemicals.
• Consistent use of required PPE.

Responsibilities

• Deposit a layer of finely divided metal on component surfaces
• Wear and maintain required PPE
• Follow established safety and quality procedures
• Support production processes as needed
