Job summary

Flex-N-Gate LLC. is seeking a production worker for on-site duties in Salem, Ohio. You will read work orders, load parts on jigs, monitor schedules, prepare parts for painting, inspect quality, and document results.

You will also pack shipments and move materials between work areas in a fast-paced facility. The role requires the ability to follow detailed instructions, strong multitasking, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and instructions to determine material requirements and product specifications.
• Load and unload all parts on jigs while the line is running.
• Monitor schedule to ensure correct parts are loaded.
• Wipe down and prepare parts to be painted.
• Check for quality defects, remove all bad parts, and document.
• Ensure parts are set up correctly to be painted.
• Remove painted parts off the line and place in crates.
• Pick parts to be scanned and labeled.
• Scan parts and enter into computer system.
• Accurately pack and label boxes for shipping.
• Record operational or production data.
• Move products, materials, or equipment between work areas.
• Clean production equipment and work areas.
