Compensation Data

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00 per hour. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate within the above range may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. What You'll Do

We are looking for a Liquid Receiving Operator to join our Production team in Rochester, MN. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for the safe and efficient receiving, pasteurization, and transfer of liquid raw materials while ensuring compliance with quality, food safety, and operational standards.

This is a dynamic role requiring strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

As a Liquid Receiving Operator, you'll

• Receive and pasteurize liquid raw materials in accordance with production schedules
• Perform CIP (Clean-in-Place) processes on silos and line circuits
• Operate and monitor pasteurizers, evaporators, and CIP systems
• Maintain required documentation, including pasteurizer chart records (MDA compliance)
• Split fermentation media and execute sanitary transfers to silos and fermentation vessels
• Run evaporators to precise specifications (density, temperature, flow rate, and vacuum)
• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot operational issues; collaborate with maintenance as needed
• Oversee and document incoming and outgoing raw material trucks
• Maintain continuous communication with Quality on processes, fermentations, and adjustments
• Complete daily production logs and communication reports
